Duties include serving members food in both a formal dining setting and a fast-paced golf snack shop environment. In addition to banquet serving and expediting food, other duties include set up and tear down for various events and dining services, as well as various cleaning duties.

The Journal of Undergraduate Research (JUR) is an interdisciplinary academic journal at CSU that features exceptional undergraduate research from institutions all over the U.S. and the world. As an associate editor, my responsibilities include reading an academic article every week, checking it for general edits such as grammar, deciding whether or not to accept that article, then if accepted I coordinate with professors and graduate students within the paper’s scope to fully review the article and approve it for the journal.
