As an Identity & Access Management Analyst, I provisioned and managed physical and cyber access using Saviynt and Active Directory, ensuring alignment with security protocols and compliance standards. My responsibilities included facilitating account setup, role modifications, and de-provisioning to maintain secure access control. I provided Tier 2 support for the Help Desk, troubleshooting complex access-related issues such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) challenges and account lockouts. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical access incidents efficiently.
