I am a focused recent college graduate from Mountwest Community & Technical College. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to gain 3 years of work experience. I had the privilege of working for TLK Group LLC in an Advanced Customer Service Representative role in my free time, where I learned valuable professional skills such as customer service. Also, working with NIS I was able to gain experience with configuration management, network security, and operating system. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as efficient by my professors and peers.
