CurrentConfigure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and serversMaintain camera, fire & alarm communication and managementPerform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, resource and event monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlesslyMonitor and respond to infrastructure health utilizing management toolsMonitor and maintain SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)Perform add/change/delete requests for Users and GroupsMaintain phone system including but not limited to provisioning of new devices, change requests, updatesMaintain digital signage and production schedule displays around the buildingInteract with users to assist with trouble shooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support as neededPerform routine/scheduled audits and backups of all systemsAssist both Marketing and Design teams to provide technical solutionsOnboard new hires with all required IT needs (phone, laptop, passwords, etc.)
