At The Commencement Group in Austin, TX, where I served as an Onsite Sales Team Lead from December 2019 to present, I spearheaded a team of 4-10 members, achieving significant sales growth, accumulating $150K in total sales during 2021-2022 and an impressive $400K during 2022-2023, and contributing to backend operations within the product warehouse.
