-Interviewed and selected a team of seven chairs, along with over 40 committee members. -Coproduced a new initiative called the Bloomington Bucket Challenge with the Director of Corporate Relations, to offer a COVID-safe way to fundraise using the Riley caning buckets. -Created a Mental Health Awareness Week, in connection with a $15,000 contribution, in an effort to destigmatize and normalize mental illness, and to promote psychiatric and mental health services both at IU, in Riley and beyond. To successfully coordinate this week, I met with multiple mental health organizations, as well as marketing groups at IU.
