I am currently an Engineering Manager for the Client Relationship team at Nitrogen. Each team I've worked with has unique skills and personalities. I enjoy getting to encouraging those skills to improve and those personalities to thrive. I am a highly motivated individual, both professionally and personally. I enjoy problem-solving, taking business-level objectives, and breaking them down into task-level deliverables. I delight in the little things, be it an application to have the button interaction be just right, to the joy of helping a fellow developer solve a problem.
