MB is a Non-Profit Organization formed to aid aspiring college bound Musicians & Artists in gaining foundational knowledge & inspiration from other successful artists and musicians. Not only is it important to perfect one's craft but to also gain positive Mental and Spiritual growth; leading to sound decision making. We have challenged ourselves to do our part for this community of kids that may not have the support to take their art form to the next level. We feel if we join together, there are a multitude of talented & gifted individuals that can touch lives through their music. "What We Do" Inspire, mentor and supports young musicians who may be surrounded by economic hardship, but have collegiate aspirations to realize their dreams of a professional career in music."Why We Do" We believe it’s our responsibility to ensure our youth have a chance to accomplish the dreams they’ve dreamt for so long. We must instill a culture within our inner city youth to create opportunities for success and not wait for them to appear!!"What We Offer" A chance to grow within our four week Summer Youth Academy, to evolve within our After School Program and to progress with our Annual Scholarships and Conferences. We create an atmosphere which breeds productivity, creativity and a sense to say I’m Possible!"Whom We Serve" With the help of the community, our donors, constituents, partners, and volunteers all over the 5 Boroughs, MusicBreeds is taking a stand to keep music in the lives of those children attending educational institutions with little to no musical training available.
