Worked with project managers on various tasks to provide the District of Columbia public safety agencies with the best wireless technology available. I was responsible for supporting the countries first 700MHz wireless broadband data network, for first responders in the District of Columbia. I managed all of the hardware for the 700Mhz WARN (Wireless Accelerated Responders Network) project.I was responsible for: Radio Frequency Testing; Preparation for legislative demonstrations; Network configurations & troubleshooting; Laptop repair; Network base station antenna site surveying; Data Entry; Video application, and software testing; Tested Motorola’s Greenhouse, a Beta video product commercially known as MVS.

Worked as a Sales Associate where I was directly responsible for providing customer service, product warehousing, coordination of self-service warehouse, and addressing and solving customer problems.
