Isaiah Kalinowski brings to bear 18 years of litigation experience in diverse topics such as vaccine injuries, commercial and property disputes, and civil rights violations. For 12 of those 16 years, he has represented individuals and small businesses in their pursuit of justice. Mr. Kalinowski served for four of those years as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims, drafting judicial orders and decisions on the law and science of vaccine injury, and assisting with trials featuring expert and fact witnesses.He is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, New York State, and the District of Columbia, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Southern District of New York, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
