Current1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for 10-15 clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided. 2. Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of 20-30 linear direct response campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines. 3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as reach, frequency, CPO (Cost Per Order), and CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions). Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL to process and interpret data. 4. Reporting and Insights: Generate detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that include performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights. 5. Optimization: Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in advertising strategies by analyzing data and performance. Implement changes that result in an average of 10-15% improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and ROI. 6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues within 24-48 hours by coordinating with internal teams. Ensure a resolution rate of over 95% for client-reported issues.
