Isaiah is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT) and a resident of Norwalk, CT. During his four years of college, Isaiah was the Co-founder and President of Good Year Quality, a community service organization focusing on youth empowerment through scholarship, workshop, and mentorship. Also, he was the Vice-President of the Zeta Lambda Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. He held membership within the National Association of Black Accountants and the Leadership Learning Community. After taking four rigorous professional development courses at the University of Connecticut, Isaiah was awarded a certificate of Professional Development. Lastly, Isaiah expanded his dominant leadership roles by becoming a Resident Assistant and a MIS major within the School of Business.In 2011, Isaiah was 1 of 230 students selected internationally as a Bank of America Student Leader. This opportunity would allow for him to attend a week-long international Bank of America Student Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. and work at the Carver Center of Norwalk, CT (non-profit organization) for 7 weeks. From an early age volunteering has been an important part of his life as he regularly volunteers alongside his mother. Academically, Isaiah ranked in the top 10% of his high school class and has approached leadership roles at the National Student Leadership Conference for International Diplomacy in the summer of 2009 and Journalism in the summer of 2010. Isaiah has a passion and commitment to better his community.
