Developed the Inventory Management and Forecasting System implemented at the main office of YLS General Merchandise that aims to make the company's business process more efficient. This system monitors the inventory of the retail branches (SM Department Stores) and the warehouse showing the relationship of inventory with sales. This also keeps track of raw materials used during production and generates reports needed. Additionally, the project goes hand-in-hand with re-engineering of certain business processes to better facilitate the company's operations.
