• Source candidate resumes and pre-screen candidates for US domestic and international positons ranging from technical to non-technical roles. • Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess their overall work experience and ability in relation to client’s needs. • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and document the full cycle recruiter process through an internal APS (Applicant Tracking) system.• Responsible for Talent Acquisition reporting in APS system. • Connect with hiring managers via email and provide them with qualified candidates for positions. • Follow up with candidates via email or phone to provide updates on status of the recruitment process. • Create/Post Job requisitions onto the internal Habitat for Humanity site and other external career sites. • Assist in the on-boarding of new hires. • Schedule phone screens and interviews with hiring managers.• Partner with hiring managers to find identify the perfect talent for various assignments.• Conduct professional reference checks, background checks and drug checks, along with any other additional testing assessments.• Provide administrative support.

• Specialized in resourcing candidates to diverse clients within the commercial, banking, and engineering industries on contract, contract to hire, and direct placement opportunities. • Establish relationships with clients to develop effective recruiting strategies that correlate to their requirements.• Pre- Screen candidates through applicant tracking system entitled “RWS” (Recruiter Work Space) to identify the perfect fit requirements between client and candidate.• Responsible for processing and contacting candidates who respond to Aerotek job ads via, email, phone, or walk in. • Interview and prepare potential candidates on a client’s employment process.• Set up qualified candidates for client interview.• Brief and debrief candidates on interview process. • Coordinate screening activities (drug screens, reference checks, background checks, etc.)• Discover job order leads and manager contact information to Account Managers.• Update and track candidates in compliance to Aerotek standards.• Track market trends based on conversations with different candidates.• Provide morning and afternoon updates. • Attend training sessions that aim to develop recruiter goals and relationship building.• Strategize with recruiter partners and managers to assist in client deadlines.• Meet or surpass weekly sales goals expectations.
