Responsible for delegating responsibilities and supervising the work of Senior Management, Sales Managers, Funding Specialist, and Underwriters by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Constantly doing industry research and carrying out regular SWOT analysis to mitigate any potential risks through industry and market changes. Responsible for building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, and managing relationships with our private banks.

Primary Role: Responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Berkman's customer base. Recruited, selected and directed the sales staff in meeting or exceeding corporate goals. I lead a direct sales team of 27 Funding Specialist by providing coaching, training and mentorship. Responsible for setting individual sales targets for each member of my team. I was also in charge of overseeing the transition of all finalized transactions.

Primary Role: Prospected and qualified all potential client opportunities via phone calls, emails, trade shows, and face-to-face presentations. Assisted clients with procuring funding support, expense reduction analysis, and financial road-mapping for their organization while collaborating with other internal services to ensure client needs and expectations were met.
