Supplier evaluation:I conduct regular assessments of our suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of the products and services they provide.Material Review Board (MRB) meetings:My MRB meetings are crucial for addressing and resolving quality issues that arise during production. I employ tools such as root cause analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) to identify underlying causes and take effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Perform Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR):When quality issues are identified with a supplier's products, I initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to address these issues effectively. I employ tools such as the 8D problem-solving method, fishbone diagrams, and control plans to thoroughly investigate the causes of the problem and develop lasting solutions.Implement Supplier Change Request projects:When changes are required in the products or services supplied by our vendors, I manage these changes through Supplier Change Request projects. I utilize tools such as project management software, change management processes, and impact analysis tools to ensure effective and controlled implementation of changes.

*Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production.*Researching, sourcing, and assessing the best vendors to supply the necessary materials.*Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.*Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal standards.*Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.*Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.*Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.*Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions.

-Control and monitor the most important indicators of the Company.-Have contact with the customer and in this way make feedback to the company of the requirements of our client.-Responsible incoming inspection of materials before these will be release to production.-Feedback to suppliers to improve the defects detected in the company and request countermeasures.-Monitor daily all processes are controlled based in quality tools. -Monthly inventory coordination.-Responsible in the process of non-conforming material in the company.-Lead improvement projects in the company.-Monitor that the company is following all the processes as established in ISO 9001.

-Ensure the assigned production lines meet the target based on established lean manufacturing tools.-Standardize production lines to improve their efficiency and achieve the required output.-Responsible of analyzing the processes that do not add value to the product and in these processes have the opportunity to improve in order to increase the output.-Carry out saving proyects through Project management methodologies.(DMAIC).-Introduce and develop new products to the Company.-In charge of US suppliers to ensure the best performance in the company regarding the materials that will be used for the final product.
