As a part of the Digital/E-com team in Stockholm, I was responsible for the Swedish market of our e-commerce. During my Master's, I worked 20% in this role. Before launching the e-commerce in February 2017 I was head of the front-end development for our websites, including offerings, content and design. During spring 2016, I also led a project creating a 100 m2 Co-Working Space in central Stockholm.

As a rotation from my position in Sweden, I participated in a pre-study for the implementation of a new CRM-system together with Marketing and IT, focusing on the consumer journey when interacting with Customer Service. Furthermore, I supported the marketing department with choosing a new Content Management System (CMS) for all B2C-websites, creating a unified CMS-platform for all websites globally.

Developed a pre-study on how to develop and launch an e-commerce channel in Sweden, Norway and Switzerland. Delivered a case ”Reasons for changing the Corporate Brand Identity” (visual identity and colors) to the top management. This change was implemented during fall 2016.

Backoffice: Managed and controlled the ICA-Group’s daily financial transactions between the parent company, its portfolio companies and other financial interests. 
Middleoffice: Analyzed and reported the Foreign Exchange-risk of the ICA-group and the overall financial risk of the ICA Bank to the Head of Treasury & Tax.

Supported a team of 8 regional- and district managers during the summer with daily financial update on the privately-owned petrol stations and their payments, thereby functioning as a link between the retail division and the Cash Management department at their head office in Sweden.
