Responsible for directing the teams of artistic design and production design in all kinds of works that contain a certain visual and artistic aspect, which includes media and artistic expression.creating first illustrations or designs of everything that will visually be part of the advertisement.ability to create and shape an idea, whether in a physical format (paper, cardboard, pvc, cement, etc.) or digital (web, mailing, etc.).In charge of all ART Dept. inquiries in terms of pricing, production, delivery & installation.Managing ART Dept. clients’ relationship, team (Evaluation, Schedules, etc.) & Providing new materials & solutions.

Provide design skills to include programming, sketching, and 3 dimensional computer modeling. Interface with Model Builder as required during the design process. Provide documentation of planning and design concepts that are in line with client's expectations and the target demographic. Assist the Project Architect during the design phases with research, graphics, etc. as required. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Architect and Project Designer with respect to the Project budget and schedule. Participate in client meetings and present creative concepts to clients on behalf of the design team. Research and utilize innovative design and creative concepts.Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and architectural engineers. Producing drawings and specifications for construction teams. Identifying customer requirements and attending meetings on site. Helping to co-ordinate technicians and craftspeople. Ensuring building projects are completed within budget and schedule. Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies re: building regulations. Writing design and technical reports. An understanding of all aspects of the design and procurement process. Responsible for specifying the nature and quality of materials required.

Involved in the planning, design and construction of buildings. Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports etc. Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches. Providing clear direction to members of the project team. Writing Reports, Site Visits and small-scale Project Management. Preparing sub-contractor order documentation. Developing & sustaining working relationships with private & public sector partners. Carry out 3D designs or 2D designs as required. Visiting sites and building relationships with site managers. Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with order documentation. Advising on planning applications.
