Moved to The Hut Group, an online beauty retailer, working on the whole channel mix strategy to promote the Lookfantastic website. I worked in the International Department, covering seven European countries, focusing on the Spanish market.- Developed and executed a social media strategy for the Spanish website including Instagram and Facebook channels. Strategies used: Facebookshop, tagging, imagery and video content, partnerships, gifts, code discounts and competitions. Increased followers on Facebook by 150% and Instagram by nearly 300%.- Managed and implemented marketing campaigns in seven countries (i.e. Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day and Christmas).- Managed website imagery for seven international websites.- Implemented international brand launches (NYX and Nars brands) including the whole channel mix strategy for all international websites and product translations for the Spanish website.- Working with over 30 Spanish influencers (youtubers, instagramers and bloggers) with a total following reach over 900k.- Blog content written and SEO optimisation for the Spanish website. Increased blog traffic to 10k.- Assisted with the organisation of an international beauty event LF Premiere ( http://bit.ly/2F3fDE9 ). Achieved over 8k profit for the International Department.- PR management for the Spanish market (magazines I worked with: Hola Fashion, Cosmopolitan, Vogue and Grazia).- Used Google Analytics to measure performance.

Acted as a technical expert at the end of new business pitches to explain how toimplement marketing sophisticated software.- Created and managed the Onboarding project plan for 14 new Clients ranging from complex Enterprise Clients through to smaller Software- as- a- Service Clients.- Liaised between clients and the RedEye Presales, Technical and Account Management teams to ensure that the project plan was always updated promptly to reflect fully or partly completed tasks.- Communicated weekly updates using Microsoft Project dashboards, devised a template to report on the key metrics of each project and producing weekly updates to the business.

Developed a marketing plan to commercialise Viking activities through 26 educational workshops for schools and the public with total revenue of £7,800.

After completing a Business Marketing degree I started in my first marketing role as a Marketing Manager where I implemented B2B marketing strategies.- Created, managed and organised educational workshops for clients' employees about relevant EU directives to increase client visits, sales and brand awareness. Within the first two months of this new initiative we delivered 9 workshops, each with 5 to 25 attendees. I used a referral strategy to enhance the interest from new clients and this resulted in 80% increase positive responses. While studying at university I ran in-store marketing campaigns for brands such as Intel, Mini and Lego; managed promotional stands and product demonstrations; provided feedback reports to the supplier as part of sales performance analysis.

Volunteered in a Heritage Project where I was responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, tutoring and managing volunteers.- Established partnerships with third sector recruitment agencies (Chester Voluntary Action) to recruit local volunteers and with the University of Chester for undergraduate and post-graduate students. This included tutored Work Based Learning (WBL) students.- Managed multiple projects such as Chester Living History, St John’s Café and branding projects among others.- Delivered internal presentations for volunteers using Prezi software.

Worked in the Neonatal Unit for the Human Milk Bank Appeal working on the distribution of donor breast milk across the NHS in England and Wales from the collection of milk from donors, storage, pasteurisation and distribution to other hospitals.- Collated and analysed information in Microsoft Excel about milk donation and distribution data to measure and improve milk distribution.- Produced promotional marketing materials, internal reports and delivered presentations for colleagues.- Organised fundraising and promotional events around Cheshire. - Promoted fundraising campaigns via Facebook leading to increased awareness and donations.

Assisted two MDs and Finance Director in managing their diaries, tracking income, expenditures and staff expenses. Arranged accommodation for worldwide conferences and researched training opportunities for employees.
