The purpose of this role is to conduct strategic Operational Analysis under the direct supervision of Head of Operations with the following strategic deliverables (not limited to): Minimization of operational risk, ensuring operational efficiency, Cost reduction, Productivity enhancement & Profitability boost up.CORE Responsibilities: a. Conduct transaction trend/ customer behavior analysis through data mining with the objectives of: i) Cost reduction and/ or ii) Efficiency enhancement and/ or iii) Productivity enhancement and/ or iv) Profitability boost up b. Optimization of existing process and conduct reengineering initiatives with the goal for-i) Intense compliance and/ or ii) Digitalized processes and/ or iii) Operational efficiencyAct as a backup of other wings of the Unit/ MOD. Conduct operational review of branches as and when instructed by management.Prepare Presentation and any ad hoc responsibility assigned by the managementProper record keeping& filing (both physically and electronically)To stay updated of the banking industry and obtain necessary training/certifications in this regard ii) Undertake new challenges.

Preparation & assessment of credit Proposals of the assigned Clients/ Accounts with all sorts of analytical analysis there to & submitting the same to the approval authority.To determine the credit worthiness of an SME loan proposal.Banks internal MIS Reporting and Other periodical and ad-hoc Credit Related Reporting as assigned from time to timeLiaison with branch managers and unit managers regarding the status of SME proposals.Deliver meaningful, detailed credit analysis while providing efficient, timely service to RMs.Ensure that all credit files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to RM and credit administration as needed for timely resolution.Financial ratio, trend and cash flow analysis, conduct risk assessment, related due diligence and recommending appropriate risk mitigation for SME loan proposal.Follow-up with RM’s to ensure creation and maintenance of quality credit assets and other issues relating to credit portfolios as and when necessary.Ensures all approval related procedures are completed prior to handling file to Credit Operations for processing and drawdown. Ensuring compliance to Legal documents i.e. Credit agreement, sanction letter, guarantees.Other special assignments as and when required by management of the Bank.
