I have twelve years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning as well as Project Management, and was employed in number of organizations with different business industries. I am currently the Communications, Public Relations & Marketing Director at Elnefeidi Group with track record in targets achievements. I have attended number of courses in Sales & Marketing as well as project management and Strategic project planning that assisted in the development of my skills. I have lead and managed a cohesive cross functional team of sub project officers from across various groups and assisted the rest of the institution that I worked in to achieve their individual project objectives and tasks, and a Change Management Program. This in addition to presentation of reports on progress to senior management and stakeholders and resolve all risks and issues affecting success. My other skills that assist me in my job are computer skills in Microsoft Package and the knowledge in project management software’s such as Ms Project & Primavera P3. Based on my experience, I have a proven track record of working effectively in a fast - paced environment, finding new ways to solve problems, meeting the varied and often difficult demands of our customers, and being flexible enough to address problems as they come up while maintaining my workload. Throughout my career, I have worked well with management, line employees, customers and the public.
