Implemented monday.com Work OS software and created more than 40 business processes from scratch, connecting the studio’s departments. Achieved a 32X Return on Investment by saving more than $1.5M in labor costs. Developed more than 100 automations that run more than 100k times per year connecting ftrack with DCC software and studio’s internal tools, automating quality control checks, preview and proxy renders, notification deliveries, metadata extraction etc. Created and led the development of Asseter.ai - in-house Digital Asset Management platform powered by AI. The implementation of Asseter saved more than $500k in labor costs by reusing existing digital assets.Created and led the development of Scout by Asseter.ai - studio’s AI-powered search engine for searching digital assets by image across 3D stock marketplaces, which reduced assets search time from hours to minutes. Scout has gained 40k signed users and generates thousands of dollars in Monthly Recurring Revenue.

Implemented new project management approach based on SCRUM and AGILE paradigms, improving in-team communication by 30% and reducing crunches by 40%.Implemented ftrack - new production-tracking software, rebuilt studio’s pipeline for ftrack adoption improving clarity in distributed team communication and project assets management. Successfully delivered over 20 projects as lead supervisor and digital artist for globally renowned brands and organizations including the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
