- Risk evaluation using the process FMEA and taking customer requirements into consideration.- Coordinate FMEA reverse to detect opportunities areas.- Planning and execution of improvement actions for risk mitigation.- Define and describe manufacturing sequences (Workflows, set parameters, Operation instructions sheets, visual aids).- Elaborate strategies to monitoring and improve OEE.- Development robustness actions through analysis tools.

- Problem solving in daily production.- Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production process, NPI, improvement process.- Optimization of the process: cycle time reduction, quality issues, OEE improvement, ergonomic task, reduce scrap, Man- machine process. - Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.- Development of documents such as FMEA of process, control plan, ACP’s, Flow diagram, visual aids, SOS.- Problem-solving methods: 8D's, root cause analysis, FTA, Ishikawa, 5 why’s, pareto chart, QC-Story.- Knowledge of process auditing: Internal and External IATF 16949, ISO 14001.- Launch new projects for production lines.- Lean Manufacturing methodology, 8 wastes, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma.
