In this new academic year, I was promoted from my previous position at BRASA Netherlands. This organization is the largest student organization in the world, governed by Global BRASA, but actions are set in the local branches. I aim to keep reaching more Brazilian students in the Netherlands, facilitating communication between the organization and its members, as well as bringing relevant professional and educational partnerships to strengthen the knowledge and skills of our members. These partnerships include discounts in language courses (Erasmus Language Sharing), in events (concerts of Brazilian artists in the Netherlands), and collaborative events with other student associations (such as with Latin American Student Association of Leiden University, Latin American Student Association of Amsterdam University, and Hispanic Student Association of Erasmus University).

I attended meetings, in which was discussed the challenges faced by this department, such as combating asylum institutionalization and tackling the abusive use of alcohol and drugs in the State of São Paulo. During this period, I contributed to the Department, conducting a qualitative study about discharged individuals from Psychiatric Custody and Treatment Hospitals of the State of São Paulo.

A group 16 students planned and prepared physically in four months to make the Petrópolis-Teresópolis crossing in four days. The preparation lasted 6 months, consisting of multiple group work activities, workshops on survival skills, and lectures about the geography of the region.
