Work performed in the Learning core area.Responsible for three products:1. Learning Platform (LMS) - native platform that aims to enhance the learning journey of students.2. Content Manager (CMS) - internal product in which the Curriculum team produces and publishes asynchronous course content.3. Feedback platform - third-party vendor integration where students provide feedback and report bugs to Trybe.

Work performed in Trybe's employability area.Responsible for TrybeJobs, a marketplace that connects students with job openings in tech.During this time, the main responsabilities were:- Elaborating the Blueprint of the student's journey when looking for a job- Conducting two discoveries to deepen the main problems- Assembling the Product Opportunities Tree- Defining a roadmap for tests and experiments, and another for features- Conduct, document and analyze the tests performed.During this period, we were able to achieve the KPIs set for the product.

Evolved VTEX Headless CMS to Beta Stage, being responsible for:- Guaranteeing e-commerce enterprises' business needs were being met- Setting the product vision- Defining its roadmap- Shaping the launch strategy and the product positioning with the Product Marketing team- Leading the Agile rituals of a 3-4 engineers squad.Launched a new Orchestrator product in Alpha Stage, having participated in every step of it: - Leading the discovery with the designers- Shaping the problem- Validating the ideas through usability tests- Scoping the MVP- Building the product with a 4-5 engineers squad- Getting one of the biggest clients to be the first user, having weekly feedback meetings with them and iterating on the product to evolve it. Technical & Logistics Vice PresidencyResponsible for assisting in all stages of the Qualification Process of the Coca-Cola Brazil plants, develop and manage technical projects, develop flowcharts of industrial processes, carry out equalization of technical proposals from multiple suppliers. The scope of the projects apply to all the categories commercialized by the company: soft drink, water, dairy product, soy drinks, juice and tea.

Technical & Logistics Vice PresidencyResponsible for helping with the elaboration of the Industrial and Logistics Panels, which monitors the Industrial, Logistical and S&OP KPIs; assisting in the Qualification Process of the factories; designing the layout of plants, flowcharts and processes in autoCad; and supporting new technologies projects.

Strategy & Innovation Vice PresidencyResponsible for helping to build targets for the short, medium and long term strategies; support analyzes of beverage categories carried out during the preparation of strategic plans; elaborating the report of the results of the main players in the market; controlling the budget - Opex and DME - of the department and consolidating the budget of the entire Vice Presidency; reviewing and publishing the newsletter of competitor analysis and industry insights.

Finance DepartmentResponsible for preparing financial reports, generating monthly bank slips for the schools of the Eleva Teaching System, elaborating default reports; monitoring monthly indicators; assisting the logistics to deliver the didactic materials from separation to arrival at partner schools; proposing and making improvements for the activities of the department.
