I orchestrated the transition from Zapier, aligning with the software engineering team to ensure sales business rules were adhered to during each phase.I centralized four disparate tools into a single site, eradicating the need for sales representatives to navigate multiple platforms. This initiative streamlined their workflow by creating a commercial hub where all necessary information was consolidated, significantly improving efficiency.Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of sales links for new products on DigitalManager Guru, enhancing our online sales capabilities.A major achievement was developing a prototype for automatically engaging low-ticket leads. This approach allowed sales representatives to concentrate on closing sales rather than initial outreach, proving to be highly profitable. This success led to the development of a more sophisticated and comprehensive system, in collaboration with the technology team, to further refine our sales process.I also overhauled our chatbot system for the sales team, selecting a new platform with superior integrations. I was responsible for its configuration and ongoing maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.Lastly, I significantly reduced communication barriers between the marketing and sales departments. By establishing a clear workflow for lead management in collaboration with the CRM team, and with the development support from the Data and Technology team, we achieved unprecedented clarity in lead handling, enhancing our overall sales strategy.This suite of initiatives not only streamlined our internal processes but also directly contributed to substantial cost savings and increased sales efficiency.

Já organizei torneios envolvendo jogadores de times renomados como: Pain Gaming e Red Canids, e outros projetos maiores que em uma única live alcançaram mais de 2 mil visualizações únicas e mais de 400 pessoas acompanhando ao vivo, em média. O trabalho ia muito além dos bots, no qual exerci por muito tempo papel administrativo, atuando como negociadora entre streamers e grandes empresas como a Level Up Games, uma grande distribuidora de jogos online e entretenimento digital.
