☀Income budget strategy definition, including rent abatements and variable rent revenues ☀ Shopping Center yearly accounts and budget to be approved by Corporate and the Community of Owners. ☀ Leading the relationship with ca. 220 tenants, always in order to increase their sales and improve their brand development.☀ Company Representative for the legal proceedings and extrajudicial agreements.☀ Responsible for the management of the key indicators of the Center, and as member of the Board, to decide the actions to be taken and approved at the Monthly Meeting☀ Competition tracking and commercial mix analysis.☀I´ve lead the relationships with the Shopping Center main Anchors. ☀ Shopping Center visual image improvement: Budget and execution.☀ In charge for Institutional relationship, Shopping Centers events attendance and market role-players relationship. ☀ Collaboration in the annual Capex plan to be approved by Corporate and the Community of Owners. ☀ Responsible HR area: selection, recruitment, follow-up, training and implementation of company policy in this area. ☀ Developing targeted training seminars with HR for staff development and career enhancement.ACHIEVEMENTS: ►In the year 2004, as Responsible of Mainstreet Department, I improved the revenues company target by 20%. ► I improved the yearly Rent Abatement budget by 20% ► I reached extrajudicial agreements amounting to over 1.6 M EUR. Over these years I have achieved that tenants consider Madrid Xanadú as the Center with open communication, personal attention always helping brands to increase their business visibility and results.
