Responsible for benefit administration platform configuration and ongoing customization based on client requirements.Responsible for documentation of client requirements and ongoing updates.Responsible for benefit administration platform testing to ensure accuracy.Research and resolve system configuration inquiries and issues.Responsible for peer-to-peer system configuration and data audits.Leverage system reports to proactively monitor data and configuration changes.Educate clients on how to utilize system and provide ongoing training.Participate in ongoing client meetings to provide feedback on improvements.Coordinate with vendor partners and client to ensure data integrity.

• Using Trion’s proprietary software and other computer applications, perform system setup, analysis and maintenance as required by client’s needs and project specifications• In collaboration with other client team members, perform data quality control functions• Assist with development and maintenance of operational documentation;• Following the project plan, complete assigned technical tasks for client implementations, renewals, and ongoing benefits administration;• Develop, generate and quality review standard and ad-hoc reports• Create specifications for new programs or modifications to existing programs per client requirements• Execute and quality review test plans• Actively participate in meetings with clients, carriers and other internal departments• Assist with technical projects such as system enhancements• Identify and analyze necessary process and software modifications to meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act• ADP ACA Program & FADV ACA Program• Plansource benefit administration

• Certified HANA associate proficient in the full scope of HANA landscape. • HANA implementation experience of Rapid-Deployment Solution for Operational Reporting and COPA accelerator.• Understanding of Data Migration Data Quality, which comprises of cleansing, match, transformations, and installations • Ability to create and modify HANA reports using BOBJ based on customer scope.
