Participating as a software engineer on OSLC projects, developing RESTful web services for applying on semantic web technologies.Clients: John Deere, Naval Group, Contact Software, Raytheon Technologies, Beam Dynamics.Activities: - Participated as a back-end developer in the development of a generic OSLC API for managing the operations of an OSLC API to interact with applications from different domains.- Expose RDF resources through a REST API based on a given schema defined in SHACL and using TDB Store for the storage of the resources. - Integration IBM IoTPAdaptor with the Jazz ELM using OSLC. - Added support to register the OSLC API as a Friend in IBM ELM by applying the OAuth 1.0a consumer flow. - Added OSLC API features to enable an IBM ELM to use delegated dialogs and the configuration management resources of the non-Jazz application within Jazz, in order to support resource previews, dialogs for link target discovery, and global configuration management.- Developed a consumer-oriented REST API that interacts with IBM ELM applications such as DNG, RQM, CCM and GCM.- The API returns the list of components, and Jazz artifacts, as well as of the streams, baselines, and configurations from the GCM projects.- Using OpenAPI to define the endpoints through a YAML file and generate the API by the Swagger Code generator.- Configuration and implementation of the authentication workflow using OAuth.- Configuring the pipelines to execute the tests for the validation of the resources.- Participated as a back-end developer in the development of an OSLC API for ANSYS Minerva SLM application, making an OSLC API independent of specific Minerva item types but transforming Minerva items into RDF. Deployed the OSLC API as an AWS Lambda function.- Configured the deployment of APIs into a SaaS platform such as Heroku using Pipelines.

Client: Contact SoftwareActivities: - Developed an OSLC API reference implementation in Python to be released as open-source. - Implementation of the OSLC API using Flask, RDFLib and JSON-LD. - Creating the SDK implementing the main resources to met the OSLC specs. The project is aimed to create an SDK for implementing OSLC APIs using Python. It includes the features for the integration with IBM ELM JAZZ applications such as for registering the OSLC API as a Jazz friend application, and for managing delegated dialogs and link target discovery.

Implementing a Geographic Information System within the Cadastral System, working as part of the team for planning the reengineering for the financial systems of the city council.Requirements engineering, relational database design and definition of coupling strategies of the Cadastral Management Systems and the Revenue System. Analysis and design of strategies for the reengineering of the Income System of the Finance and Treasury Department.Design of strategies for synchronization of cartographic data with the alphanumeric database, codification of scripts for obtaining and presenting cadastral information for the Geographic Information System (GIS).

Network monitoring for analysis of bandwidth and resource consumption through MRTG and RRDtool tools over CISCO switches, generating consumption graphs of network resources to identify bottlenecks and load balancing.
