Some people say that first impressions are everything. I disagree. Of course, that’s not to say that first impressions aren’t important. However, I believe the foundation to a positive relationship is trust that is built over time. In my opinion, the only way to foster sustained trust is to consistently demonstrate meaningful value with an essential degree of sincere care. This is my approach to relationship management.Regardless of the setting, I love connecting with people on a personal level. Without human connection, I think trust is fleeting and even demonstrated value is not memorable. First impressions are good, but lasting impressions are even better. In my personal life, I am a huge sports fan (go Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, and Leeds United) and love to travel. I’m always looking for new travel recommendations and am happy to give them! Some of the places I’ve been fortunate enough to visit include Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Ireland, England, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, the Emirates, Korea, Japan, Singapore, the Maldives, Australia, Tahiti, and of course Sri Lanka where my family is from.
