-Managing every aspect of the employment process. Posting employment opportunities on hiring websites, recruiting and informing candidates, providing newly hired forms, conducting background investigation, writing and making job offers, input employee information into Quickbooks and setting up for payroll. Provide employees with benefit information and assist with enrollment. -Coordinate OSHA inspections and keep OSHA requirements up to date. -Coordinating with warehouse manager to keep inventory and purchasing of materials for all working crews. -Maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles including negotiation and purchasing of new vehicles.Involved in all project planning, development and implementation of new product, procedures, and CRM softwares.-Executive assistant duties to owner, CEO, and other members of management.
