Firstly starting as a Food and Beverage Assistant, I have moved on to complete my Internship with Swallow Hotel in Preston. Because of the small team of the hotel I was able to rotate through all departments of the hotel, such as Food and Beverage, Conference and Banqueting, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Leisure Club and Night Concierge. The most significant part of the internship has been an Individual Project, which I have carried out. By taking a role of a Project Manager and establishing a project considering efficient food ordering I have managed to cut the food ordering expenses by £1000 pounds in a 3 months period.

"Pinokio" art school is a leading provider of special events for children and teenagers. Working in a small professional team, I was involved in all aspects of event preparation and organisation. Main duties involved in: direct assistance to the general manager in event preparation and execution, special events design, writing scenarios, preparation of VIP events and individual parties, event bookings, ordering and more. As well, as part of the organisation I have been directly involved 2 times in organising an International Youth Theatre Festival in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Main duties involved assistance in designing and preparing the event, ordering, co-ordinating event youth teams.
