#  Prepare action plan and ensure timely implementation with standards#  Support Community Engagement Facilitator to ensure they are delivered on time, with cost and quality standards#  Conduct staff meetings as per plan#  Coordinate project activities and distribution of responsibilities amongst CEFs to organize the monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project#  Maintained co-ordination and liaison with sectors of SHED, UNICEF Site Coordinator, CIC Office, Site Management Office and other stakeholders#  Maintained networking and regular communication with service providers of respective camps#  To be ensured the safety of team members from natural & men made disasters, Physical abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.#  To be practiced, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.#  Monitor and supportive supervision to Advocacy Meetings with Imams, Majhis, LCMC members and Community leaders#  Monitor and supportive Supervision to Community Consultation meetings, Student Orientation, FGD etc.#  Ensure administrative, financial and project compliance to ensure accountable implementation#  Ensure proper utilization of project resources align with organization policy#  Ensure quality data collection and timely submission of reports and required documents through KOBO Collect and ONA#  Prepare reports of concerned activities and maintained assigned documentation of the project#  Produce Case Story in line with ReLNet project strategy to show the value, impact and quality outcome of the project#  Support to DPM monthly and quarterly progress reports.

#  Ensuring implementing the WASH program on field level.#  Supportive monitoring supervision to Filed Assistant, Hygiene Promoter, Community Maintenance Team.#  Rapport building with CiC Office, Site Management Office, Community Leaders & Other Stakeholders.#  Documentation & daily reporting to Deputy Project Manager.#  Maintain proper uses of project logistics, equipment & man powers.#  Support to financial documentation, (i.e. Purchase Requisition, Billing, Cash Support etc.)

#  Ensuring implementing the C4D program on ground level.#  Monitoring supervision to Community Mobilization Managers & Community Mobilization Volunteers.#  Rapport building with CiC Office, Site Management Office, Community Leaders & Other Stakeholders.#  Participate in sector meeting & camp coordination meetings.#  Organize & ensure the community mobilization tools as per plan at cic office & block level.#  Documentation & daily reporting to Sector Specialist.#  Develop the Monthly Activity Plan as per need assessment.#  Maintain proper uses of project logistics, equipment & man powers.#  Support to financial documentation, i.e. Purchase Requisition, Billing, Cash Support Etc.#  Monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly participate in various assessment or KAPB study through digital data collection platform (i.e. KOBO Collect, ONA/ODK).
