As a Director - Quality Assurance at Sprinklr, I lead a team of software engineers and testers who are responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the platform's features and functionalities. I oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases and scripts, using tools such as Jira, Appium, Selenium, and TestNG, to verify the end-to-end, data validations, integration, security, and compliance aspects of the software.With 12+ years of experience in testing software and automating the tests, I have developed expertise in automated software testing, unit testing, and Jira, as well as skills in Java, Python, SQL, and REST APIs. I have worked on multiple projects and domains, such as customer experience management, travel, and gaming, delivering quality products and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also pursued and successfully completed an Executive MBA in Leadership and Strategy, and Digital Marketing, to further hone my skills and knowledge in the digital space. My mission is to leverage my testing and automation skills and experience to create, break and maintain high-quality software that meets the needs and expectations of the customers and the business.
