HELLA• Leading Team of 14 members located Globally in various countries.• Designed and Implemented Email architecture in multiple tenants.• Managing O365 services in 3 MS Tenants• Part of Skype to Teams Migration Project, set up Policies etc.• Supporting O365 products like Outlook, Teams, Skype etc.• Working on Projects with different set-ups as per Joint Ventures/ Carve outs.• Worked on Powershell Scripts for enabling Automation.• Supporting Lotus Notes application and mailboxes.• Working on Email Gateway Ironport.HCL• Mailbox management : Managing the mailbox administration in hybrid environment of exchange server 2007, 2010, 2013 and office 365.• Migration : Working on requests of Lync access migration from on-prem to Lync online, mailbox migration to office 365, Lync and local move request, license assignment and coordinating with Microsoft for escalated issues.• Issues : Working on the monitoring alerts received or generated through EMS tools with DC-Ops team and troubleshoot accordingly for drive space issues, service alerts and exchange server mail flow issues. • Managing the SMTP relay issues, Active Sync, Outlook, Faxination issue etc.• Managing Lync issues with granting Lync access, assigning users to Lync pool.• Restoration : Performing restoration on premise user’s data. • Monitoring the messaging queue on on-premise exchange server 2007,2010 and 2013 and troubleshoot accordingly.• Email gateway - Managing the request of SPAM issue, policy creation, outbound queue maintenance in our SMTP gateway Mimecast • AD Sync server : Working on the AD connect in case of sync issue and running the delta sync and full sync in case requirement.• All day to day task of user management, server management and coordinating with different teams in case critical issues like mail flow or server down.• Working on Incidents and Requests created over Service NOW by maintaining the ticket’s SLA.• Creation of minor/major CHANGE’s and managing their corrective implementation.
