i4X, or Innovating for X, is a program series led by the Office of Innovation and Commercialization designed to bring multidisciplinary student teams to collaborate on disruptive solutions to real-world challenges across different sectors.Project: UCSD Capital Management

Lead the development, implementation, and marketing of ICRA programs as well as recruitment and engagement strategies for General Body members. Manage external relations and oversee the operation of the office, while ensuring timely communication and effective delegation within the Executive Board. Coordinate and oversee budget management, represent ICRA in conferences (PACURH RLC, PACURH RBC, & NACURH), retreats, and trainings, while coordinating nominations and recognition efforts.

Lead the development of residential student leaders and coordinate ICRA's support for Residence Councils, fostering collaboration opportunities with various campus groups. Represent ICRA on the HDH Undergraduate Advisory Committee and contribute to recruitment and retention strategies for General Body members.

As an undergraduate researcher in the Ujima Security & Privacy Research Group (Ujima S&P) led by Dr. Imani N. S. Munyaka. I work with PHD Candidate Naba Rizvi and others to improve the inclusivity and accessibility of Artificial Intelligence for autistic users.I am responsible for completing 200 data annotations weekly, as well as assisting as needed with doing preliminary work and writing the paper.See Website: https://www.ujimasp.com/See Publishing: https://arxiv.org/abs/2410.16520

Working closely with the Student Affairs team and the Dean/Provost Office, I developed and implemented inclusive programming, collaborated on resident-focused initiatives, and facilitated programs that aligned with the college's educational mission.
