Capstone design project to create an interactive map of the state of Texas and populate map with local sustainability organizations as well as their respective organization information. Process includes design implementation, iterative design, and continuous user testing.

- Plan and host student events and services focusing on informatics specializations, job-ready skills, and student community.- Staff the Commons service desks and and create and manage a Reddit account to answer student questions.- Provide reference and equipment checkout services to patrons of the Commons spaces.- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to record and check out physical and digital inventory to patrons.

- Create and present digital and oral presentations on a variety of topics (first-year resources, class registration, etc.) to 25 first-year students in a classroom setting.- Conduct socials to foster community building between new students.

- Analyzed and synthesized marketing data using Adobe Marketo CRM; generated detailed monthly data health reports and presented findings to executives, enabling data-driven decision making results by 20%.- Proposed and instated automation efficiency changes regarding manual data upload tool, reducing manual work for marketing team from 2 hours per upload to 5 minutes.- Utilized SQL and Python to perform data enrichments for 500+ contact data leads daily, streamlining marketing automation and decreasing gaps in data by over 80%; contributed enrichments to 100+ marketing events.
