As an ESG research associate at Morningstar Sustainalytics, I have close to 3 years of experience in assessing companies' sustainability practices and aligning them with global ESG standards and methodologies. I have expertise in EU taxonomy, SFDR, negative screening, climate-related disclosures, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and TCFD, which I use to provide comprehensive and accurate ESG ratings and reports to clients and stakeholders.I also have a strong academic background in finance, holding a Master of Global Financial Markets from BSE Institute and a Bachelor of Financial Markets from SIES College. I have enhanced my technical skills by obtaining certifications in the TCFD Module, UNDP Green Bonds, and Climate Change, and by using tools such as MS Office, Power BI, GRI, GHG Protocols, and Scenario Analysis. While I possess a good grasp of the frameworks - GRI, BRSR, SASB, SFDR, I continuously seek to expand and deepen my understanding. I have demonstrated my ability to communicate complex ESG concepts clearly and concisely through presentations and trainings, and to collaborate effectively with my teammates and partners.
