As a Senior Executive in AP, I am responsible for reviewing HIRA, handling CAPEX/OPEX, carrying out PSSR, conducting internal IMS audits, risk profiling, PSM HRA SOP preparation, implementing elements of Process Safety Management, providing safety approvals through RM introduction as per PESO guidelines, Management of Change (MOC) through MR, LCR, carrying out OJT and defensive driving trainings, approvals for WPS of confined space, hot work, charging of IPDI,MDI,TDI, ISO tanker unloading, pipeline, hot oil cold oil circuit etc, implementation of BBS and PSM in the manufacturing facility at Asian Paints. I hold an M.Tech degree in HSE Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, where I also served as a Student Placement Representative and secured internships and placements for 100 students of my batch. I am a certified lead auditor in ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IOSH-MS, and BBSM, and have completed courses in Energy Technology and Disaster Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. I am passionate about becoming a safety professional and improving the safety culture of the organization and the society, following the motto of Ralph Nader: "There is no better policy in a society than pursuing health and safety of its people."
