CORROSION CONTROL DESIGN> Provide cost-effective material selection in engineering projects during the design phase using standards like API 571, API 941, API 939c, API 945, NACE MR 0175, NACE MR 0103, NORSOK M-001, ASME B31.3, ASME BPVC Sec.2, etc., based on process conditions and associated damage mechanisms.> Hands on experience using ECE software for corrosion rate calculations and CRA evaluation by studying Heat and Material Balance (HMB) data and process design basis.> Prepare and deliver value engineering related inputs by reviewing PMS, process conditions, mechanical datasheets, additional material requirements like PWHT, NACE applicability etc.> Review and develop material selection and corrosion control deliverables such as Material Selection Reports (MSR), Material Selection Diagrams (MSD), Corrosion Control Philosophies/manuals, Corrosion Risk Assessments, Corrosion Monitoring and mitigation strategies.> Develop corrosion control strategies other than material selection like coating selection studies, cathodic protection, and chemical inhibition requirements.> Prepare corrosion monitoring plan based on project specifications.RISK BASED INSPECTION (RBI) STUDY> Identification and markup of corrosion loops and piping circuits on PFD and PIDs based on active damage mechanisms, nature of process fluid and installed metallurgy.> Develop preliminary corrosion risk assessment studies based on corrosion loops.> Develop Integrity Operating Window (IOWs) template based on project requirements.> Review condition/thickness monitoring locations (CMLs/TMLs markup) on piping isometrics for developing On-Stream Inspection plan.INSULATION, PAINTING> Hands on experience with 3E plus software for calculating insulation thickness and surface temperatures.> Prepare technical specifications for insulation, painting/coating, etc.> Well conversant with insulation specifications of Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, EIL, etc.

> Evaluate key metallurgical phenomena involved in the sintering of metal powders, develop new metal alloys and processes to improve the quality and mechanical properties of sintered tools. > Conduct research in an interdisciplinary team environment involving new alloy design, process optimization, root cause analysis for manufacturing improvements and metallurgy-based service for a variety of metallic materials systems.> Evaluate different process parameters to develop optimal sintering and other manufacturing conditions for powder metallurgy tools.
