RESPONSIBILITIES :• Accredited as a Credit Analyst• Conduct analysis of creditworthiness and provide credit decisions based on the precautionary principle• Creating a credit memorandum based credit analysis is accurate and prudent to be recommended to the credit committee on authority• Ensure validation and due diligence as well as the opening of new merchants in the proposed extension of the marketing team• Ensure that the implementation process of underwriting in the branch run in accordance with the provisions of the company• Perform random sampling over troubled customer applications based on indicators of delinquency and straighflow• Supervise and training relating to the policy of the company, credit quality and underwriting process to risk team• Raise awareness of fraud in every meeting and report any form of fraud indications to superiors • Ensuring the adequacy of manpower in the branch• Provide credit agreement with a certain limit

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Conducting surveys on each credit application information• Collect, verify and validate the necessary supporting data, and shall be responsible for the complete document• Maintain a good relationship between the customer and the company• Provide recommendations on survey results

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible to assist and report to the HR Manager in the field of hiring and firing workers.• Develop new employee recruitment selection procedures.• Coordinate to other departments to collect employee requests plan every year and make the status of employees and turnover of data every month from each division.• Install the job advertisements, perform sorting application, conduct psychological tests and interviews early to get a suitable job candidates.• Recommend candidates based on the results of psychological tests and the initial interview, and the interview schedule continued, so that the recruitment process can go well as planned.• Prepare a work agreement and contract employees as well as to update the validity period of the employment contract.• The employee data input into the system so that all recorded properly• Make a summary report transfer, promotion and employee status (additional children, married, stop).
