Owned by joint venture between Orica Australia and Armindo Indonesia.• Start up, shut down and keep the plant in normal operation with the trouble shooting to keep the target production per year.• Responsible for smooth operating Plant by DCS day to day activities such as recording, monitoring and conditioning the operation system as well as possible and takes suitable actions to avoid plants upsets.• Daily report to Production Superintendent.• Maintain high standard, reliable and efficient operating variables in line with (HSE) Health, Safety and Environment policy. Ensure shift activities are in line with HSE requirements including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS – 18001 and Risk Management by no spillages of chemical incident or unnecessary chemical waste.• Control operations using Permit to Work, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis, Tool box meeting for critical operations.• Responsible for the preparation of works for maintenance, follow up and monitor the maintenance work, sign off upon completion and recording information in the system.• Project executing and assisting commissioning of Bagging Plant, Bagging Machine, Accumulation Conveyor along with Orica team Australia and UHDE German.• Analyzes the Quality Control results discuss them with Lab supervisors and propose actions to the production Team Leader during daily production coordination meeting also discuss/resolve special sampling schedule for any Test run/Performance test of the equipment in the plant.• Adherence to plant operating procedure guidelines and instructions.•Responsible to understand the company policy, obey the code of conduct and discipline
