Current Overseeing and managing operational workflows, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services. Allocating resources, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges. Ensuring adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards, particularly within the educational sector. Collaborating with various teams to improve internal processes and enhance overall efficiency. Providing client support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships. Gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve service delivery. Maintaining data management systems, producing reports, and offering insights for operational improvements. Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators to align with business objectives. Supporting virtual candidate management, including pre-screening, right-to-work validations, and DBS checks. Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process. Ensuring safeguarding measures are upheld and communicating progress to both candidates and clients. Engaging in inbound and outbound calls, ensuring weekly case targets are met and exceeded.
