• Working area in Knit, woven, denim & sweater. • Follow up logistics dept. for ETD. • Follow up daily production report daily basis with vendors. • Sharing weekly recap with team leader and vendors in every week. • Preparing TNA and submit to buyer and strictly follow up with vendors to meet every TNA events. • Follow up buyer & Vendors for sampling & bulk production. • Follow up buyer sampling procedure like DV/fit to GSS/shipment sample. • Construct a proper co-ordination between all responsible team for product development and bulk execution. • All sample development as well as all lab dip, yarn dip, knit down, print strike off(AOP, Placement print, digital print, Flatbed). • Follow up suppliers for the deliveries and make sure payment is arranged with vendors. • Follow up PP Meeting with QA Team and vendors. • Coordinate with the customer for fabric and trims approval. • Coordinate with all the QA concern to maintain all the production related activities on track. • Consumption, costing & negotiation with buyer and vendors.• Follow up fabric and all nominated trims supplier. • Prepare sales-contract for vendors against buyer pre-order. • Making Pre-costing sheet (Fabric Consumption & cost, trims cost, CM, Embellishment cost) for buyer approval• Expertise in BHMS and different office tools.

Sourcing, Development & Costing.

• Sourcing & Development (According to buyer mood board & Tech Pack). • Follow up buyer sampling procedure like proto/fit to GSS/shipment sample. • Construct a proper co-ordination between all responsible team for product development. • All sample development as well as all lab dip, yarn dip, knit down, print strike off(AOP, Placement print, digital print, Flatbed). • Follow up suppliers for the deliveries and make sure payment is arranged. • Arrange PP Meeting with QA Team and coordinate with buyer for getting trim card and others submission approved. • Coordinate with the customer for fabric and trims approval. • Coordinate with all the internal departments to maintain all the production related activities on track. • Consumption, costing & negotiation with buyer and supplier.• Operate PLM & communicate with buyer for development Issues, pending approval etc. • Communicate with supplier of AOP & yarn dyeing orders.• Making Fabric booking sheet , Trims and accessories booking.• Prepare BOM sheet and master chart against sales-contract.• Making Pre-costing sheet (Fabric Consumption & cost, trims cost, CM, Embellishment cost) for buyer approval

- Proper file maintaining according to styles.- Worked closely with Planning department sample section and production departments to finalize production plan & shipment schedules- Follow-up sample program and give Instruction to sample/product development department Running Sample. Ensure sample submission in time.- Follow up accessories receiving status, Inventory follow up of store. Preparing Necessary documents.- Follow-up lab dip program co-ordinate with knitting and dying to ensure in Timely fabric receives for bulk production. - Communicate with buying concern merchant for details. - Need to work with commercial dept. for the sake of supplier payment.
