Improving NPS, and streamlining processes for upscale designing, and hassle free project execution and product deliveries.

* Leading and managing the overall performance and revenue generation from a cohort of 8 architects.* Booking new projects, completion of design , execution of designed project and handover with best possible NPS. * Handling Negotiations and escalations at all levels.* Handling High Ticket Value projects and Clients across Delhi and Gurugram.* Achieving the targeted gross merchandised value (GMV) at various project stages.
