Originally launched on Amazon Kindle, it is now used as course material on my Stock Market Educational Platform. Currently in talks with publishers for a print and digital version.

It was a monthly subscription service that solved the problem of limited healthy food options. Our experience with The Lunchbox was memorable.

Co-OwnerFood Studio Jan 2015 - Jan 2017IndiaAfter ditching the Recyclist idea, my friend Anurag and I started Food Studio, a food delivery restaurant in our town, when no such option existed. This was our second venture, after a used clothes recycling business that didn't go far. Being foodies ourselves, Food Studio was a soul-touching experience for us. Bootstrapped with over 100 dishes on the menu, the people of our town loved it. We ran it successfully for over 2 years before selling it to two other food lovers who wanted to continue growing it, as we moved on to different ventures. Food Studio remains one of the best experiences we both cherish.

While it didn't go as planned, it taught us valuable lessons and provided unique experiences. We worked tirelessly, visiting recycling plants across India and making great contacts. Despite being amateurs pursuing a grand concept, we gave it our all. Ultimately, it didn't work out, but it remains one of the best periods of our lives.
