• Analyzed 250+ exceptions daily to ensure timely and accurate trade accounting and reconciliations of listed and OTC derivatives along with fixed income productsProcess Optimization:Automated existing processes of reconciliation of OTC Swaps by ~92% using Python resulting in saving ~3.5 Hrs weekly Process Standardization:Standardized process of exception management, which was useful across stakeholders and teams. • Led IIM Amritsar's fund management team of three, driving daily operations and created a roadmap for long-term growth strategy and efficient working to achieve following1. Identifying undervalued securities from different sectors for creating a well-diversified portfolio using DCF valuation.2. Use these securities to create a portfolio with an allocation of 30% based on discretionary research and 70% based on quant-based research (Momentum for both value and growth securities).3. Portfolio is created by maximizing risk-adjusted returns (Sharpe ratio) and is restructured once each month.4. Daily calculating and monitoring portfolio Value at Risk (Using parametric VAR), Beta, Sharpe Ratio, and returns. 5. Finally, at the end of each month, compare the fund's performance with the benchmark index Nifty50, then create and publish reports and disclosures, if any.• Created an easy-to-use python-based product considering different needs of fund managers which can restructure portfolio on regular basis (with clear rules), monitor and visualize performance on real time basis and compare with benchmark with different KPIs, also calculate, and monitor daily VAR that can be monitored easily. ( i.e., combining points 2 3 4 and 5 of above mentioned objectives)• Achieved 16.61% returns (NAV: 63.43 to 80.04) from Feb 2022 to Feb 2023.

Worked on a research project on "DEFI - Decentralized Financial Services, Instruments - Current scenario and Future in Global Markets." wherein, studied what DEFI services are and their detailed working along with benefits and risks, asset classes in DEFI, how these are traded, how it is emerging as a part of the global asset class and carried out Business Impact Analysis of the same for organization.

Major project was to improve UI for a B2C app using ReactJs and CSS as a part of frontend development team.
