Provide weekly training to up to 20 youth leaders per year (as written in grant). • Design informational content, presentations, and skill-based activities. Topics include public speaking, presenting, public health outreach, social determinants of health, sexually transmitted infections, consent, healthy relationships, and more. • Organize an annual youth conference open to students at 6 Los Angeles high schools. Communicate with vendors, guest speakers, volunteers, and venue to facilitate logistics. • Coordinate recruitment and promotion of extracurricular program to school communities through in-person outreach, flyers, slide decks, social media posts, and other communications. • Conduct outreach efforts, including tabling on campus and at community events, presenting to school populations, and maintaining working relationships with school partners and public health organizations.• Coordinate day-to-day program needs and act as liaison between youth leaders, external school partners, and broader CHLA team.• Maintain thorough records of participation, compensation, and curriculum planning.
