Science Gallery Bengaluru (SGB) is a dynamic new space for engaging young adults at the interface between the natural and human sciences and the arts, through experimental spaces, exhibitions, educational workshops, training programmes, and public events. I was responsible for generating the strategy, material and relationship to promote the message of Science Gallery Bengaluru to its various stakeholders.● Devising a communications strategy to attract our target audience ● Implementing campaigns for exhibitions, events and programmes● Overseeing documentation of all programmes for promotional and archival purposes● Managing all communication channels including our website and social media pages● Coordinating with an external agency to develop print and video collaterals● Developing, building and managing media partners

- Managing communication for two key portfolios - CSR and D&I- Collaborating with program team to launch, accelerate and showcase initiatives - Leveraging internal channels and social media to make volunteering accessible and D&I program exciting for employees- Publishing stories of change, including personal stories internally and externally- Documenting CSR impact through reports and award applications- Managing a team of two and working with vendors on key projects

- Set up the communication processes and channels for volunteering activities and CSR programs- Created a volunteering and communication toolkit to leveraged by teams across 16 countries - Collaborated with volunteering team to launch volunteering app across the organization- Built a brand for flagship CSR program, Genpact Social Impact Fellowship - Organized events for the fellowship program with more than 100 high-profile participants

My team created workshop modules for the Center for Studies in Gender and Sexuality. This included conducting extensive research, understanding our participant group through surveys and focus group discussions. We developed a workshop on gender, identity and pleasure and an instruction manual for the same. We also facilitated a trial run of this workshop for 20 college participants.

This was my first content writing gig where I contributed slice-of-life articles and stories. The pieces explored the themes of feminism, family and the struggles of growing up in the India.
