My background is rooted in the pharmaceutical industry, where I honed my skills in R&D project management and formulation development over a span of more than 6 years before relocating to Canada. My passion for furthering my knowledge and skills, building management and leadership capacity, and learning diverse cultures across time zones dragged me to the decision to pursue further study. With my recent credential in Business Management from Conestoga College, specialization in Business and Data Analysis, I aim to leverage scientific expertise coupled with business acumen to drive organizational growth and high-quality outcomes.Previously I was employed with Intas Pharmaceuticals as a Project Manager. Having spent 6 years in Pharmaceutical Industry, specifically in Research & Development, my technical work experience includes working in the Formulation Development of Solid oral dosages (For Regulated Markets) for Torrent Research Center, Makson Pharmaceuticals (product development), and Intas Pharmaceuticals. My recent exercise as a Project Manager has enabled me to understand and develop key Project deliverables by determining the Scope, and resources, and developing the project schedule.I am passionate about taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and developing effective working relationships with team members and business partners to meet the timelines. The drug is a Muscarinic receptor antagonist, which is used to treat urinary frequency in patients with overactive bladder. This extended-release formulation using a multi-particulate system includes the deposition of several layers of the drug as well as polymers on the inert starting core to formulate the desired dosage form.
